While doing Yin yoga last night, it dawned on me that I have had zero back pain for the last couple months. I’ve always had chronic low back pain after long days of driving for work.
The only thing that has changed in the last couple months is I have lost another 10 lbs, definitely feel stronger, and I started juicing, especially anti-inflammatory recipes. Maybe all three helped. Just really amazed and grateful for yet another pleasant surprise on this journey.
